BIO:
Teri was born and raised in San Fernando Valley and worked in the Entertainment Industry as a writer, producer and director for a Television Network. She moved to San Luis Obispo County in 2002 and started working in Real Estate as a property manager. Teri began working at Colony Mortgage, Inc., in 2017 as the loan processor. She has her NMLS for loan origination and is currently working toward obtaining her Real Estate License to become a full time Loan Originator. In her free time she runs her vineyard and horse boarding facility. Her passion is her horses and dogs.
